Abstract :
Based on customer satisfaction theory, a teaching management system evaluation index system is established from system performance, customer service and technical support. Fuzzy AHP method is used to determine the weight of indexes, grey evaluation method is used to evaluate teaching management system satisfaction comprehensively. Finally, an example illustrates the application of the evaluation model of teaching management satisfaction system.
