Abstract :
The author described the definition of forecast risk of supply chain and the principal-agent relationship in supply chain. Additionally, the author established a managerial incentive model of information sharing. Finally, the author pointed out that the critical solution of forecast risk control is to design and establish a set of managerial incentive institution arrangements and operation framework which will play an important role on encouraging the members of the supply chain to share their information actively and sufficiently.
