Abstract :
This paper proposes a new frequent-independent nonlinear behavioral model for characterization both linear and nonlinear distortions of the quadrature modulators and compensators, which can be simplified as two real polynomials, and it has better modeling accuracy than the previous models. By combining with the indirect learning method, it is easy to extract the parameters of the compensators. Experimental results show the correctness of this nonlinear behavioral model and the effectiveness of the parameters extracting method.
