Abstract :
To study the pitch attitude control method of a man made insect inspired micro aero vehicle (IIMAV) model in a micro wind tunnel dynamically, the pitch attitude of the IIMAV need to be adjusted instantaneously according to the moments measured by a six dimensional micro force sensor which was mounted under the body of IIMAV model, this gives rise the design of this control system. An enhanced STC micro processor was taken as the centre process unite of the whole circuit, and serial peripheral interface (SPI) was used to communicate with the micro six dimensional force sensor to get data, and a regulation resistance together with an analog to digital converter circuit were used to get real pitch attitude of the IIMAV. Step motor was used to drive the model to target pitch attitude angle dynamically according to the moment measured by the micro sensor, and PID algorithm was taken in the feedback control loop of pitch angular velocity, which improves the accuracy of pitch angular velocity greatly.
