Abstract
After establishing the DNA clone library, biologists hope to rearrange clone, that is, to reestablish the relative positions of clone following DNA molecule. Pooling design is based on clone library screening. This design is a kind of combinatorial test requiring clone agents containing certain nucleoside tandem selected from a large number of clone agents. In this paper, we construct a de-disjunct matrice with two types of subspace of symplectic spaces over finite field. We show that the new construction gives better ratio of efficiency compared with previously known some construction.
