Abstract
Machining technology is one of the most important sectors influencing mechanical products´ manufacturing quality and manufacturing efficiency directly. The scientific and rational machining technology design is the key to determine mechanical products´ cost-performance ratio and whether the design is successful. For decision-making of the design scheme of machining technology is one important and complicated process influenced by many different factors directly, the decision-making methodology of determining the scientific and rational design scheme of machining technology is proposed based on fuzzy logic. The goal of determining the optimum design scheme of machining technology is achieved by application of the methodology of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, an example of decision-making of design scheme of machining technology based on the methodology of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on one certain workpiece is represented for the illustration of the proposed methodology, and the result indicates that the optimum design scheme of machining technology is provided by the methodology of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
