Abstract :
Nowadays, Transfer Function (TF) is known as a useful tool to diagnose mechanical faults in power transformer windings. Although TF is emerging as a powerful diagnostics technique, there is still no general guideline for interpreting measured TFs. In this paper, buckling severity of transformer windings is diagnosed using an Euclidean Distance (ED) classifier. To verify usefulness of The proposed method, some experimental results are used.
