Abstract :
Plastic Advisor analysis method is used to optimize the injection position and configure the process parameters rationally so that the weld mark of bigger wall thickness of PP-R plumbing can be minimized. The evaluation and optimization method with Plastic Advisor analysis method in design scheme of injection mold runner provides a reliable technical method for improving the quality of injection mold.
