Abstract
The work presents an approach to modeling splitted Hall structures using software FEMLAB and MATLAB. The main advantage of the proposed approach is an opportunity of creating models on basis of the explicitly defined equations governing SHS exactly and taking proper account of Hall effect and magnetoresistance effect.
