Abstract :
The strategy of search and scan identical submatrices in basis matrix of discrete harmonic transforms is considered in the paper. The defining identity of submatrices performs separately for horizontal and vertical two-dimensional direction. The basis matrix specify of hashing array. Parameters of hashing array simplify searching of identical cyclic submatrices.
