Abstract :
Institute of Atmospheric Physics in Prague is dealing with atmospheric turbulence impact on FSO link attenuation. The structure index is usually derived from refractivity index measurement in space volume. In this contribution the structure index is estimated from 3D sonic anemometer measurement data. The results are discussed however, no correlation between structure index and attenuation on FSO link was found.
