  • Abstract
    Performance prediction of high frequency front-end modules is important part of development process, which assumes a number of prototype circles, development time and costs. Electromagnetic simulation is used as the most precise prediction of high frequency circuit´s performance. Taking into account high integration density of the modules, the biggest problems of this method are large simulation time and volume of required computer memory. This article demonstrates new approach for solution of the time and memory issues through advanced subdivision technique, keeping high precision of simulation. Functionality of the method is proved on an example of LTCC antenna-switch module.
