Abstract
This paper proposes the use of an active laser imaging system for semi-active missile guidance. The missile uses an address-event representation seeker, which records the pixel position and the time of arrival of the laser pulses (events). Accurate timing information of the events allows the target to be tracked and generates a closed-loop guidance solution. The paper models an example engagement, where a missile intercepts an unguided surface-to-surface rocket.
