Abstract :
For the control of PMSM in electric drive armored vehicle, the control algorithms are usually different for permanent torque control and flux-weakening control, and the structure is complicated and the speed changes unsmoothly. In this paper, a kind of stator current orientation control algorithm based on flux was provided, and the optimization algorithm on torque control was designed by Matlab. The RCP simulation platform based on dSPACE was built, and the real-time simulation was carried out. The simulation results show that this control algorithm is effective in smoothing the speed between permanent torque control area and flux-weakening control area.
