Abstract :
In view of the declined comprehensive qualities of undergraduates of science and engineering, this paper discusses the cultivation of comprehensive qualities of undergraduates of science and engineering from the perspectives of psychological quality, communication skills, innovation ability and ability to practice and work. It also discusses the role of structural design competition in the comprehensive qualities of undergraduates of science and engineering based on experiences of participating in the Seventh Structural Design Competition of Zhejiang Province.
