On the Development of Rural Human Resources in Sichuan Province

Developing Sichuan Province´s rural human resources, turning population burden into the Social economic development power are the important practical problems which should be solved during the modernization, they are urgent needs from the new socialist countryside developing in Sichuan as well. Firstly, on the basis of the census information and statistical data, the thesis studies analyzing total quantity and distribution of the human resource in Sichuan province. Secondly, analyze the achievement and existing problems of the human resource development in Sichuan Province. Lastly, the thesis raises the overall idea and strategies in further development of the rural human resource in Sichuan Province.
