Abstract :
Dynamic soft variable structure control (VSC) for singular systems is concerned in this paper. The definition of soft VSC and the design of its controller construction are given. By an equivalent characterization, the stability of singular systems with dynamic soft VSC is proposed. The singular dynamic soft variable structure controller is designed and the concrete algorithm on dynamic soft VSC is given. The singular dynamic soft VSC which was developed for the purpose of intentionally decreasing system chattering, achieving high regulation rates and shorting arrival time, enhanced the dynamic quality of the control systems. It is illustrated the feasibility and validity of the proposed strategy by taking a submarine dive control model as a simulation example and an outlook on their auspicious further development is presented.
