Abstract
In this paper, the considered system and its filter are geographically separated and connected via one unreliable media link with stochastic packet dropouts. Considering such situation, the filter problem based on multiple buffered measurements is proposed. Through the orthogonality principle, the corresponding optimal filter is derived in the linear-minimum-mean-squared-error sense. The computer simulation shows the effectiveness of the proposed filter.
