Abstract :
A new algorithm to extract basic frequency of stayed-cable is put forward in this paper. The continue wavelet transform of modified Morlet wavelet is derived in detail. The basic frequency will be extracted out accurately for long time signal. The runtime of continue wavelet transform is reduced immensely if the small range of scale coefficients is used. With applying the algorithm into the actual basic frequency of stayed-cable detection, it is indicated that the algorithm can extract basic frequency of stayed-cable quickly and accurately.
