  • Abstract
    This paper focuses on method of three-level inverter. A system of three-level Space-Vector PWM (SVPWM) based on one chip DSP and CPLD is proposed. Neutral-point balance is achieved by adjusting the output voltage vectors based on the neutral-point current judging. This method simplify the digital control of three-level inverters and improved the reliability of system. The paper mainly focuses on the control system of diode-clamped three-level inverter and introduces a method that realizes the generation of three-level inverter space vector with the combination of DSP and CPLD. This method can control the neutral point voltage balance and limit the output voltage du/dt. The experiment results verify this method is feasible. The DSP solution offers sophisticated control schemes with very good performance. A full digital control method based on the SVPWM is developed in this paper.
