Abstract :
According to the analysis of the disadvantages of braking force distribution strategy in ADVISOR for electric vehicles, a braking force distribution strategy based on fuzzy logic is proposed in this paper. The travel of the brake pedal, the vehicle speed (or the rotation speed of the motor) and the battery´s state of charge (SOC) are simultaneously considered in this strategy, so the braking force distribution is optimized. In this way, the braking energy is efficiently recovered. Simulation results show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
