Abstract :
The Nano-ZnO paste was developed for printed film. The Nano-ZnO paste was printed on electroconduct transparent glass. The sintering and anneal treatment process were performed to intentionally improve the electron tunneling and electron emission of screen printed Nano-ZnO film. The Nano-ZnO film field emission lighting tube (ZnO-FELT) was fabricated. And then, according to the Fowler-Nordheim equation, the Matlab simulation programming model was established.
