Abstract
In view of the current Handan medical insurance, social security, housing accumulation fund, employment information system resources scattered the status quo, combining resident card construction projects, a plan of build in resident card public service platform in Handan was discussed. It can realize the existing information resource exchange and sharing, and improve the quality of service and management decision-making efficiency. The system can realize resource sharing of information have medical insurance, social security, housing accumulation fund, public employment, utility bills, communication bills, vehicle illegal information. Through the analysis of the public service platform construction at home and abroad, this paper mainly introduces the network plan and framework plan of the system, which laid a good foundation for the total design of the system.
