Abstract :
Joint distribution is a distribution method which can rationalize the using of social resource. Hence, implementing joint distribution is the trend in city distribution. But usually there will be conflict in resource integration which blocks the process. To build a feasible joint distribution mode and to solve the conflict is the basis for the implementation of joint distribution. This paper bases on co-investment distribution, and analyzes the conflict may be existing in this mode, and then gets the game equilibrium solution to the conflict through Bayesian game theory. Therefore, the best strategy for each participator in joint distribution and the precondition of cooperation were found. The conclusions of the analysis will build the foundation for cooperation among members in joint distribution, and provide reference for implementing joint distribution in city so as to have practical significance.
