Abstract :
Disperse engineering information constitutes a domain of complex relationship, into which research using visualization method could contribute significantly to its organization and preservation. A software and data format network graph which takes software and data formats as nodes is constructed in this paper. Comparing with the traditional network graphs which take data formats as nodes and software as edges, it offers better topological structure and retrieval efficiency. Based on Voronoi diagram, the visualization of the network graph is carried out, thereby the experimental analysis of the conversion relation between data formats provides reliable basis for migrating numerous disperse engineering information.
