Abstract :
Hawkins´ TH2 statistic has not been analyzed in PCA thoroughly for ill-conditioning problem. This paper provides an analysis of Hawkins´ TH2 statisic by analyzing characters of industy process and the calculation accuracy of modern computor, which shows that Hawkins´ TH2 statistic is applicable for industy process monitoring. And a data simulation experiment indicates that Hawkins´ TH2 statistic has similar efficiency as SPE statistic.
