Abstract :
The measurement system is designed by using LabWindows/CVI as software developing environment to detect three dimensional dynamic force during friction stir welding. This study describes component and implementation of the hardware and software. It has the functions of data acquisition, processing, displaying and storage and so on. The experimental analysis indicates that the system can effectively acquire the signal and process related data.
