Abstract
We have built a physical model about macromolecule´s chain conformation by applying the methods of physics, and then we have mainly simulated macromolecule chain´s conformation. We also have studied the single chain system conformation´s size which represented by mean-square end to end distance R2 and mean-square radius of gyration R2, shape and the variation of energy which acted between different chain lengths. The results shows that the average energy Ec and the size which represented by mean-square end to end distance R2 and mean-square radius of gyration R2 are proportional to the variation of chain´s length. When the chain lengthens, the distribution of chain conformation in a small size area will be expanded and increased. When the chain length reaches from 10 to 16, chain conformations are mostly distributed the area with high energy and small size.
