Abstract :
The basis to solve the power quality problems is wide range of the power quality of real-time data. In this paper, as a large range of power quality data transmission path, and as the core chip of real-time monitoring terminal for power quality, the GPRS, INTERNET networks and DSP is the basis of a new power quality monitoring system. The network framework, handware and software of this system are introduced, analyzed and discussed in detail in this paper.
