Abstract :
Currently, there are some problems in e-commerce transactions in China. This paper will be involved in the commodity itself, seller services, third-party logistics, consumer and other point of view, and analyze the impact of electronic trading factors. The data indicators will be filtered through Delphi method and then to form a comprehensive evaluation of the vendor credit blue-chip indicator system. We proposed method based on vertical and horizontal to the pull-grade evaluation model, through the calculation of the model, it can reflect the overall gap between the various sellers, it provided a good credit for the consumer or business for the seller.
