Abstract :
Poly (3,4 -ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) films were prepared on glass substrates by chemical synthesis. Nano-network morphology of the films was obtained under the conditions of polymerization time ( PTI ) 35min and polymerization temperature (PTE) -5°C. The highest conductivity of the PEDOT films reached when the PEDOT film has nano-network morphology structure. The dependence of conductivity on morphology of PEDOT films has been investigated in the paper.
