Abstract :
In order to obtain the real-time projectile penetration distance, to enable it to detonate at the predetermined depth, the study of the hardware control system for algorithm of penetration distance is conducted. Based on analyses and studies of penetrating distance algorithm, first use the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to simulate to get the acceleration signals of projectile penetrating vertically into concrete targets, transform the simulation acceleration signals into emulation acceleration signals, then input the emulation acceleration signals into the designed DSP hardware control system, and then use hardware to simulate the penetrating distance algorithm. The results show that the calculated error is within the range of allowable error, the system also fully meets the real-time requirements, so the design of this hardware control system is reliable.
