Abstract :
A multi-channel and four-color fluorescence detection system was designed. It mainly consisted of a laser confocal scanning detection platform, an electrophoresis platform, an embedded control system and a data analysis processing system. A 16-channel capillary array, a scanning galvo and an f-θ lens were utilized to reach high-throughput capability. By switching filters and adjusting scanning speed, four-color function was achieved. The detection system was employed in a DNA experiment setup. Results indicate that the system is suitable for high-throughput DNA analysis equipment.
