  • Abstract
    We demonstrated lasing action in GaN-based material cavities which contained microdisk, photonic crystal with distributed Bragg reflector and metal-coated nano-stripe. Under room temperature pulsed operation, the lasing modes were achieved at ultraviolet wavelength range.
