Abstract :
The tunability in lasing wavelength of the In0.65Ga0.35As quantum dots-in-a-well microdisk lasers was observed from λ=1190 to 1270 nm by varying the diameter of microdisk cavities from 1.70 μm to 1.83 μm. The magnitude of continuous tuning range is about 80 nm.
