Abstract
This paper presents data acquisition system for Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM), which is using four channels front-end ASIC implemented in 0.35 μm CMOS AMS technology. The signal from SiPM is shaped in front-end ASIC, changed to a digital value and processed in FPGA. The paper discusses principles of work, results of device measurements and data analysis.
