Abstract :
This paper presents a geographical graphics library for embedded operating system environment. Following the typical architecture of open source graphic libraries for PC platform, a library for embedded environment is designed and implemented with simplified algorithm and platform related optimizing. These changes make the library works well on WinCE platform comparing with GDI and other libraries. it also provides antialiasing and transparent functions. By using this library, onboard navigation software will be able rendering maps and other element much faster and more beautiful than using GDI.
