  • Abstract
Enterprise innovation talent is an important core factor of competitiveness for the pharmaceutical industry in Hebei Province in the future development. Grasping the needs of pharmaceutical innovation talent has reference value for the implementation of human resources strategy. Many factors such as GDP, pharmaceutical industry fixed asset investment, output value of the pharmaceutical industry, labor productivity and so on, have close relationship with pharmaceutical innovation talent. These factors are used to set up multi-variable grey model to forecast. Forecasting results show that the model has high preciseness. And the focus of pharmaceutical industry innovation talent demand in Hebei province is no longer the expansion of aggregate demand, but should turn to talent quality structure adjustment.
