Abstract :
Based on the analysis of the meaning, implication and influencing factors of customer loyalty evaluation, and under the guidance of the principle of the index system design, the evaluation index system of customer loyalty was constructed in the paper. Connected with our country´s conditions, metallurgical industry´s characteristics and the enterprise´s practice, the customer loyalty evaluation index system of our country´s iron and steel manufacturing was built. Furthermore, the differences and connections between customer loyalty evaluation and customer satisfaction evaluation were analyzed in a deeper way.
