Abstract :
Location is a significant factor leads to the success of a restaurant operation and management. This study uses the group decision making Matrix to select business location. Compared with the AHP, the major contributions of this proposed framework are: 1) it just takes n-1 comparisons rather than n(n-1)/2 comparisons to obtain a complete decision matrix which has n elements; 2) the inconsistency is not occurred in this process because of additive reciprocity transitivity.
