Abstract
For most designer must face the increasing pressures from the competitor, cost down requesting, effectively new solution to reduce the requirement resources, and time-to-market for the new products development cycle. In order to ensure that all works are carried out effectively under the stringent monitoring, a sound technique in developing stage becomes the first choice. As the result, the Petri net is a very well tool for building the process models. In this paper, we attempt to use the theories of Petri nets to construct a development module for IT products. In addition, we also propose sever sub-models, those are achieved by the advanced Petri nets tool, Petri .NET Simulator2.0, to show the correctness of the product development flow.
