Abstract :
In this paper, a voice converting system was designed. It has been composed of a microcontroller and a high density NAND flash memory. The microcontroller collects the voice samples, passes through the ADPCM codec and stores on the NAND flash memory. Stored voices were fetched from the NAND flash to the microcontroller and pass through the DAC decoder and output to the amplifier. This system use NAND flash memory to store large voice information. This system for realizing voice recording is simple and efficient.
