Abstract :
The general evaluation index system of 6-Dimension (6-D) force sensor performance has been established by use of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy assessment method in accordance with the characteristics of 6-D force sensor. In this paper the evaluation index and method at each level have been dealt with; the evaluation system model and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)-Fuzzy evaluation model have been established and a certain 6-D force sensor has been selected to be verified. Its result can be applied not only to the performance evaluation, but also to the design and overall optimization of 6-D force sensor after development.
