Abstract
This paper deals with the prediction of radiated emission of power electronics drive systems in the environmental conditions of aerospace applications. The aerospace norm and constraints define limits of radiated emissions for such systems. Thus, it is of importance to predict them in the design phase of the product development to ensure the electromagnetic compliance of the system. This paper presents a method to achieve the radiated emissions prediction. First, theoretical considerations highlight the different phenomena responsible of the radiations in typical power electronic system. The modelling principle is explained and results are successfully compared with experiments on two test benches.
