Abstract :
This paper presents a voltage sag ride-through strategy based on droop control for permanent-magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) wind turbines. The formulation of the control algorithm is presented along with the analysis of the behavior of the system. The strategy is tested by means of simulation and real implementation on a scale platform.
