  • Abstract
    In order to study the technical problem of porosity defects of 4004 aluminum alloy rolling process lead to decreasing finished product rate, the numerical simulation analysis was utilized to study the process of porosity evolution of aluminum alloy under the different reduction, the changement rule of the stress and strain is get different positions of porosity, the influencing factors of the porosity evolute into edge crack and strip breakage are determined,finally, a reasonable of reduction parameters are given. It is very important to improve the aluminium alloy rolling efficiency.
