Abstract
Based on theory of Dynamics of Multi-body System, a 25m double-articulated bus´s multi-system model is established adopting ADAMS, which is used to research the size requirements of each part of the bay bus station when docking with different steering angles step input. The results show that length of deceleration (SI) and length of acceleration (S2) are not less than 23m, and the width of parking area is not less than 3.6m, only these can it ensure the 25m double-articulated bus to dock at the bay bus station. The existing bay bus station built according to the relevant provisions of CJJ 15-1987 and CJJ 37-1990 can not satisfy the normal docking requirements of the 25m double-articulated bus.
