Abstract :
The organic bipolar mode thin film transistors (OBTFTs) are fabricated by the method of evaporation in vacuum with copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) dye, and has five layered structure of Au / CuPc / Al / CuPc / Au. The experiment reveals that OBTFTs has obtained low driving voltage, high current density and high switch speed such as IDS=1.2×10-6A/mm2, and the degree of 1000Hz. The OBTFTs has excellent operation characteristics of like bipolar static induction transistors.
