Abstract :
With the arrangement of industrial structure in Dongguan City, the swift and violent development of high and new technology industries and its boost of transformation and upgrading, the quantity demand in IT talents has rised. In the basis of completion of investigating IT talent demand in this city, it has been carried on such matching and forecasting in it by using GM (1, 1) Pattern of Grey System Theory, according to the historical data of IT talent demand in Dongguan these years. And furthermore, countermeasures for talent cultivation have been picked up pointed to the demand of social development. Therefore, to catering to the new innovated situation in Dongguan, it supplies reference basis on exploration of cultivation models for advanced computing specialized talents, who are in the diploma program utility type and skilled type.
