  • Abstract
    According to the heavy pressure vessel weld saddle narrow groove welding process requirements, the overall structure and working principle of automatic saddle-shaped welding machine is described. The mathematical model and simplified interpolation algorithm which used two collaborative axes to form a space fitting saddle-shaped welding bead also is presented. The computer simulation results show that two-axis coordination fitting algorithm can meet the requirements of the automatic welding.
